It is hereby mutually agreed by John Hall of Watertown, Mass and The
J. & E. Stevens Co of Cromwell Conn., to extend and continue their
contract dated Sept 13th 1873 for the manufacture & sale of said
Hall Bank for the period of one year from date viz to the 10th day
of April A. D. 1878 on same terms & conditions of therein expressed
and to said Hall agree to include in said contract the right to work
& sell on same terms by two new banks known as the Yankee Notion &
the Lilliput except that the J. & E. Stevens Co shall pay the sum of
thirty six cents per dozen royalty for each dozen of said last named
two banks by them made & sold & shall put them on the market on or
before July 1st of the present year which the said J. & E. Stevens
Co agree to do.
