J. & E. Stevens Co. — Cabin Bank and Gymnast Bank
Agreement with Charles M. Henn  —  December 18, 1884

 
Agreement by and between Edward L. Morris of Boston, Mass., of the first part, and The J. & E. Stevens Co., of Cromwell, Conn. of the second part.
    Said Morris hereby leases to said J. & E. Stevens Co., for the term of five years from the date of this agreement to be manufactured under his patent no. 275,068, April 30, 1883, his "Old Cabin Bank". He further agrees to obtain if possible a design patent upon the same.
     Said J. & E. Stevens Co. hereby agree to introduce to the best of their ability the said bank, and to pay to said Morris the sum of twenty-five cents (25c) per dozen royalty thereon, returns to be made semi-annually, July 1st and Jan. 1st.
