Mechanical Bank Transactions
Totals from October 1993 through December 2019 (1994-2019 - PDF)

Antique Mechanical Banks are listed below
in order of relative availability and average selling prices. Information is based on auction sales between October of 1993 and December 2019 (24-1/4 years). These banks were generally in "Choice" or "Above Average" condition. While the finest examples often bring unpredictably high prices, low end banks and banks with problems (breaks, repairs, poor paint, rust, etc.) can bring much lower prices. Desirability, condition, rarity, provenance, competition, and publicity are all factors in determining prices realized at auction (supply and demand). Many individual banks have sold more than once over this time period.
Subject to error.
Individual bank sales courtesy of and as reported by Bertoia Auctions, Morphy Auctions, and RSL Auctions.

Click on bank name at http://www.mechanicalbanks.org/auction_$/auction_$_a-z.htm to see a list of banks sales that were used to compile the data on this page.
